The case is Original and is a rectangular black plastic hard case in great vintage condition. It can be used to transport your typewriter stylishly or to display your machine. The case does not have a key and may show signs of wear as a result of protecting the typewriter from damage for the last 60 years. This machine has been serviced. It has been thoroughly cleaned and checked. There are no sticky keys or carriage issues. The working condition of this typewriter is smooth, clean, and stable. The paint is in good vintage condition. There are some scratches on the left and top of the machine from the return lever. See details in the photos. The rest of the machine has no major paint chips or cracks. The inside and bare metal parts have been cleaned and show small signs of age.
